E3

E3 Harelbeke or the E3 Saxo Classic traditionally marks the start of Flemish Cycling Week. Started in 1958 it is one of the Classic series of bike races that makes up the Spring classics season. The race has had several names in recent years due to sponsorship, but is commonly known as E3, referring to the old E3 road (now the E17) that runs through the middle of the race area.
