GENT WEVELGEM

Created in 1934, Gent-Wevelgem - In Flanders Fields is a one of the Spring Classics bike races that form part of Flemish Cycling Week. Passing many WWI battlefields and memorials the race added ‘In Flanders Fields’ to its name in 2015 to commemorate the conflict. Since 2012, a women’s edition has been held on the same day.
