IL LOMBARDIA

Il Lombardia, often referred to as 'The Race of the Falling Leaves' due to its autumnal position in the race calendar, is one of the 5 Monuments of cycling and the final one of the cycling season. The race has been held since 1905. Taking place on a hilly course near Lake Como, the race starts in either Bergamo or Como, alternating each year.
