The British National Road Championships are an annual event usually held in the run up to and over the last weekend of June, with the time trials taking place mid-week and the road races at the weekend. They have taken place in this format since 1996. The winner of each discipline wins the privilege to ride in the red, white and blue British Champions jersey until the next championships.
